So I'm not sure if this works but I think with {Enduring Scalelord} from Dragons of Tarkir and an effect like {Hardened Scales} then any of each creature you control gets counters spells youll immediately turn scale lord into a juggernaut

Also my friend is playtesting a {Xenagos} pw into {Descent of Dragons} deck that gets an endless # of 4/4's

For the first part, if a creature you control gets one or more +1/+1 counters put on it, you will only put one +1/+1 counter on the Scalelord. With {Hardened Scales} out you get two counters. So no.

For the second part, can you explain?

Get yourself a standard legal {clone} like thing, and see them go infinite once you resolve a bolster instant.

Try mirror mockery. It's also from DTK. Go to combat with Enduring Scalelord, get a copy with mirror mockery, then before blockers are declared, cast {Feat of resistance} and that's game

Assuming no blocks, counter or removal. Two {Enduring Scalelord}s go infinite with themselves.

Feat takes care of either blockers or removal, both if they are monocolored.

Good point. Would be a very good include in the build.
