Notes:
My buddy wants an affinity deck "similar" to mine but doesn't want to break the bank soooo I'm gonna shoot him this idea. What yall think? 60-80$ the most and its steady on the draw from what this app is showing me, win with Blightsteel or cranial plating beat down with aqueous forms

Honestly, get rid of the golem and put four {Etched champions} in there.

You do not need {Aqueous Form}. It's really just a win more on a {Blightsteel Colossus} and isn't very effective on anything else.

It is going to be very hard to run coloured spells when you only have 5-6 sources of coloured mana.

It is going to be very hard to assemble Tron when you're not running playsets and have nothing like {Expedition Map}.

Four {Welding Jar} feels like too many. I run two, most lists only run one.

Is {Etched Champion} out of budget?

I know it's budget but {Mox Opal} is /so/ good.

You don't have any black sources to allow you to really abuse {Cranial Plating}.

If you can't afford {Blinkmoth Nexus}, {Inkmoth Nexus} and {Glimmervoid} try to at least get the {Glimmervoid}s and remember to be careful with them and try to play a {Darksteel Citadel} first. I would probably ditch Tron at this point unless you want to make Tronfinity. In which case it's not very budget but I'll try to help.

{Ensoul Artifact} is one of your best cards right now.

{Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas} might be a good idea (with a mana base revamp)

{Springleaf Drum} does not play well with {Chief Engineer} and currently the drum is going to be better.

{Ghostfire Blade} is another option. I run two in my list.

I can bump my list for you if you'd like.

I have a full fledged affinity deck, as I said this is for my buddy and most everything besides the etched champs will probably be out of his range. He wants to keep it under 150 for the most part. I told him how much I spent on my deck(damn you expensive mox opals) and he freaked lol

In that case an affinity burn deck can work quite well. I think somebody has a list...regardless the mana base needs work.
