Life notepads

i saw a guy using a notepad specifically for mtg. It had a leather style binding/cover, it was red with the {R} fire symbol, and each page had 3 vertical sections, each with 2 subsections labeled me and you and it's used for tracking life totals. Does anyone know where I can find something like that?

It might be a Sign in Blood life pad... But I don't know for sure

It may be just a cover attached to a standard mtg notepad... The me/you 3 column pad is given out at higher level tournaments by wizards I think. (PTQs, GPs, PTs, I think. Most of the people I've seen with the ones I'm thinking of probably got them at PTQs.)

I looked up the sign in blood pads. I think he had one of those, and then had a red mana symbol embossed on it. I remember seeing the cross symbol in the corner. Hmm
