Or mini morph cost {2} to play it face down As a 1/1

That wouldn't work cause facedown creatures are classified as 2/2 right now.   It would throw off too much

Or fine morph it down for {2} as a 2/2 but when the creature is morphed face up it gets a -1-1 counter
