There's the tried and true {Melira, Sylvok Outcast} + {Phyrexian Unlife} invincibility.  Toss in a {Death's Shadow} for good measure. 
{Phyrexian Hydra}
Any creature with Persist
{Murderous Redcap} and a sac outlet for unlimited damage
{Kitchen Finks} for unlimited life.
I'll leave some for the rest of you.

He's shooting for the "If you hit 0 Life" possibility. Then you won't have to worry about it dying

True, The Shadow doesn't interact with Melira, but if you have the Melira+Unlife combo and something has you lose life instead of take damage ({Sign in Blood} for example), you could be a negative life, which makes the Shadow bigger than 13/13.  (-- = +). So if you are at -5 life, {Death's Shadow} is 18/18 (13/13 and -(-5)/-(-5)).

Trust me on this one.

Another combo I just realized. {melira sylvok outcast} + any persist creature + {minion reflector}. Two mana for another indestructible creature when you play one or when you sac it and it comes back!
