If munch lax responded to you pumping all your creatures ezuri would die and they all would be pumped. If you attrition before he pumps his creatures then he could respond with pumping. If you attrition his azuri then let it resolve, I don't see why he would pump all his creatures. Then you blasphemous act, and all his creatures die. That's the problem with wall games. An entire turn changes when someone responds to something...
