should these be dropped before they rotate or will they try to maintain value?

Nah geist sees way more play than the kitty overlord. He'll probably do something similar price wise but he won't be 20 bucks,  prob 12-15 unless a modern deck emerges that is just perfect for him

Geist doesn't even see that much play... The only format that he's indisputably better in is commander variants. In legacy brimaz sees more play than Geist, who was almost completely replaced by TNN, and in modern they both only see play in tier 2 decks

Yeah kiora would be worth $30 now if she wasnt reprinted due to the fact she's being used aggressively in the standard meta again
