How many should I play?

Your lower curve I would say about 32-34 lands. I have a low curve goblins edh and I run 33

I would drop the  {Soul of Zendikar} Not to good imo. Also  {Birthing Pod} instead of  {Yisan, the Wanderer Bard}. You can pick em up a lot cheaper now in days 😜
