No guaranteed, but it makes a lot of sense and Kiora v. Elspeth shows they don't care too much about reprinting expensive standard walkers.

It is actually illegal to have both in play at the same time due to extreme Lore Rules Violation! It's like why you can't play Garruk and Liliana at the same time.
