Is {otherworld atlas} worth t to put in a deck?  I get to draw a card, but so do my oppents. Doesn't seem that good to me IMO

I have a slight belief that this has ties to an upcoming set. I've had it used on me, te key is to use it on your opponents end step for 7 or so. He got to that by using proliferate cards.

Kinda costly, rare, unwieldy...I don't like it.

Has milling applications, can be good in multiplayer "Owling Mine" decks ({Howling Mine} {Ebony Owl})

On the plus side, you can totally replenish your hand mid-late game for 0 mana on your turn.  Could be enough to win in some decks.

I'm going to start work on a Slow-fog for my group.     Something like {Constant Mists} + {Crucible of Worlds}.  Not saying I'm a genius... I just like decks to use when I want to be annoying.
