Looking to infinite with animar right?
{palinchron} obvi.
{cloudstone curio} lets you play eldrazi and infinitely bounce them.
Also you can play kiki jiki and pestermite/deceiver exarch.

Just FYI {Torrent Elemental} doesn't infinite combo with {Food Chain} so in that regard {Misthollow Griffin} is better

I've heard from animal players that hardened scales is actually good, so untab it :P

Do you ever playing anything that could be considered fair Taysby? :P

Munchlax

Just play mine. It has a near perfect curve, free everything, solid recursion, tutors galore. It's fun to play, not easy to beat, and well built and tested by me.

Also, this deck is waaaaaayyyy too slow for an Animar deck. The deck should be consistently up and running on t3-4 with easy ways to win t4-6. This deck seems really inconsistent.

Munchlax

I'll get my most recent list up soon

I haven't added my ramp like lotus petal yet. I'm all for fast though
If you add ramp to the deck you're clogging room for creatures. You want to be drawing a creature late game, not a lotus petal. I've been playing animar for a little over two years. My deck looked similar to yours. It wasn't very good no matter how much ramp I threw in. Trust me on this one. I know how Animar runs

Ah, but playing animar turn 2 is good.
True, which is why I run a lotus Petal and an {Elvish Spirit Guide} in mine

Munchlax

Also, Riku is probably better for your playstyle.

So here's my opinion, I mostly agree with munchlax. Getting Animar out on turn 3-4 isn't a problem if your going off turn 5-7. A few cards you should take a look at:  {Exploration},  {Azusa, Lost but Seeking},  {Oracle of Mul Daya}.  You want a bunch of mana generating creatures ESPECIALLY artifact creatures, all 3 myrs in your colors,  {Scuttlemutt}. I also run  {Birds of Paradise},  {Utopia Tree} And  {Sylvan Caryatid}. But don't drop any of these until animar's out unless you need them to get him out. You want colorless creatures up the nose, big ones, stompy, stompy ones. Start considering card draw too, you can burn through a hand in a single turn.
