Let me start by saying I know many ppl are probaly sick of {Narset the Enlightened Master} builds. Wether you've fought against, greatly abused the commander already, or just sick of hearing/reading on her altogether. But I still ask for your help.

Currently I only have 2 cards in the deck that can give me extra combat turns {fury of the horde} and {Aurelia the war leader}, also only one extra turn card {temporal mastery} (however this card is in another deck so it's not even in my current constructed deck, and considering put it in my Narset). So abusing the $@&t outta these cards (which seems to be an amazing however widely used play style for Narset). I have 5 fork style spells which I've never been able to utilize but very much want to. A creature count of 14 which is very low for me (really really low), key creatures I feel work awesomely are {talrand sky summoner}, {young pyromancer}, {serra ascendant}, {Aurelia the war leader), {delver of secrets} and a {phantasmal bear} and about 8 more with various effects/abilities. I had thought about throwing in {cathars crusade} because of {intangible virtue} talrand and the pyromancer.

Any ideas welcome

Taysby has a list you should look at (I just bumped it.)

Build {Sunforger}!  The card is amazing, under appreciated, and goes very well with a Delver/Pyromancer-style game plan.

It all depends on what direction they want to take the build.  There's the "Oops, I win" combo variant, but it's still possible to build Jeskai "Good Stuff" with Narset at the helm purely for the value you get from casting spells for free.

Building a deck that isn't as good as it can be intentionally?  I don't understand?...

Well, there's a concept called not wanting to win the same way every game, or building decks to have enjoyable, social games without comboing off in an un-interactive way each game.  Yes, being hyper-competitive can be fine, but that's not what everyone builds for.  I have decks on all ends of the spectrum and it's fun to have janky decks to pull out to either match power level with the rest of the group (if they're more casual) or just to sit back and play some weird cards people have never seen before.
