Why would you go mono blue. Why not go two colors, I don't think mono blue is good at all right now. And if you are playing mono blue, why not put some {Negate}s and {Prognostic Sphinx}s in there! Idk, I just don't like mono blue right now.

Definitely needs {Periless Vaults} bc currently you have no way to deal with a resolved permanent bc void snare is temporary and reality shift still gets them a critter
