Really not sure the direction I should take. Looking at tokens, lifelink, enchantment based, and definitely sacrifice.

I really need to know options on the direction I should take. Sac/tokens, Sac/lifelink etc.

This color combo is by far my fav and have a few separate WB EDHs. I personally find most pleasure with Sac/Destroy/Reanimate and Lifelink/Extort/Paylife and tokens pans out well in both schemes. From your list you could go either way.

39 lands for a 4 mana commander seems like a lot. I'm usually fine with 37 lands in most decks, so I would cut a few basics and add in the  {Dictate of Erebos} And  {Grave Pact} Into the main board

I can try out a few less land; I do like pact and flash pact.
