I'm excited Kiora in foil is something I want a lot!!

I bought a box of BNG, and the foil Kiora I pulled was what stopped me from going back for a refund. Then Wizards did this. The first world problems are piling up.

This looks awesome!!! Pardon my noobishness, but can you use Planeswalkers from dueling decks in Standard? Elspeth is my favorite but none of her existing editions or whatever are legal
