The prerelease is going to have packs that are called "Ugin's Fate" and the cards are supposed to depict alternate realities and such. For example, the briber's purse depicts someone bribing a dragon, the new rulers of Tarkir.

{Neutralizing Blast}  Looks playable, no? Though a large part of me thinks {Disdainful Stroke} is better.

Seems pretty awesome with Manifest, grab your instants/sorceries and get an indestructible. Also if there's instant speed manifest you can make opponents use up some removal like Anger or  {Drown in Sorrow}

And it has lower toughness so Bolster could be relevant. Idk. I like it. Not too big a fan of that {Harsh Sustenance} although everyone says tokens will be all the rage. (And with rabblemaster's shenanigans I'd say their right.) if Mardu uses him anyways.

I don't think the specifics have been given out yet, but I believe it is a prerelease thing like fighting Garruk or Battling the Horde.
