{harsh mercy} seems bad since your opponents are obviously naming slivers.  I suppose you cast it when you have {sliver hivelord} but then why not just {wrath of God} and hit everything else?

I run it! It was in the vintage stock 10¢ bin! And people don't run it as often as {ameboid changeling} because you cannot tutor for it with overlord.
