The commander is {Daretti Scrap Savant}. I know 2 cuts need to be made, however I have {platinum angel}, {darksteel forge}, {scuttling doom engine}, {hellkite tyrant}, {myr welder}, {myr superior} and a {platinum emperion} en route. So what I am looking for is which cards to cut to replace for the list above. Do these cards look like they would fit in this build? All and any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Not in my experience of running a deck with both. Angel is way too exposed, being a flyer, only 4/4, and Angel, being a creature, and being an Artifact. Emperion only has two of those downsides with an ability that is fantastic
