If i flashback a spell with delve, can I pay the cost by removing cards in my graveyard?

Of course.  Delve doesn't care where you cast the spell from, as long as you're casting the spell.

The key is in the wording of Delve (example {Become Immense}) "Each card you exile from your graveyard when casting this spell pays for {1}"

This means that the act of Delving to pay for the mana cost of the spell is not an alternate cost (something you can't do when you flashback {Force of Will}), but is built into the casting cost itself.

Well, even under Delve's old wording, it wasn't an alternative cost.  It was just a method of cost reduction, which also works just fine with Flashback.

Fair enough. I was more trying to show the distinction between alternate casting costs and the way Delve operates.
