Community Commander Deck: Grenzo, Dungeon Warden (Round 2)

I've got a stockpile of cards here, and no deck to build. So we're gonna throw it out there.

● Round 1 will consist of picking a Commander. Majority rules (always bested by Common sense however).
Results: {Grenzo, Dungeon Warden}
Prize: Artist signed {Oppression} (7th Edition)
Winner: FlickerYourOwnIdentity

● Round 2 will consist of choosing an archetype. Similar to the first round.
Results:
Prize: Artist signed {Propaganda} (Tempest)
Winner:

● Round 3 will consist of card selection
• Each person picks 3 card for the theme.
• Card choices are accompanied by a little write-up as to why it was selected. To be included in the deck tech.
• Each user will be credited for their choice.

● Round 4 will be optimization and final cuts.


Phase 2 we will now be taking suggestions for an archetype.

The users who end up aligning themselves with the winning archetype will be thrown into 1 pool and I'll pick someone at random they will receive an artist signed Tempest {Propaganda}

Tribal Combo is hilarious with Grenzo.  Don't forget {Mana Echoes} can go infinite!

Does doomsday count as combo? Because it's hilarious and actually pretty good with grenzo. Stick greaves on the top, Kiki/conscripts on the bottom in some order. Getting the greaves isn't super important though because you don't have to have protection because you can just respond by activating Grenzo twice.

Added some clarification next to the choices. Combos are part of every deck, but a "combo" deck aims to win by exclusively utilizing a combination of cards to go infinite or outright win.

I like reanimator, just because of the flavor and it's more interesting to build then combo. We get to use so many more cards then just building a combo deck!

Grenzo is one of the best reanimator commanders, ever. GO REANIMATOR! I love me some graveyard manipulation.

Reanimator is hard with grenzo because in order to get big stuff himself you need to cast him for a lot or just get a randomized {Entomb}. I'm for goblin tribal because it's very strong and with all the lords you can easily just cast grenzo with x=0 and still put the majority of your deck onto the battlefield.

Reanimator all the way!!! He is so good for it. Black can easily get stuff back that Grenzo fails and red is awesome for hasting in that crap for a quick kill. No other way!
