Last year we had average value of $5 per gift

Lets step it up to $10 minimum value, $15 max.

No junk rares, actual value, please read people's needs or get creative. It doesn't have to be a card!

Truffle created the thread last year and I think it worked out pretty well, with the exception of some flakes.

For sending: Tracking tracking tracking. I am really strongly for this due to people sending multiple times etc. just save the bullshit for tracking. Easier that way.

Also: flake on this as a participant and you will be a non trusted trader. Don't participate if you plan to send your item in February.

I don't think anyone is signed up yet. I would recommended truffle to start a new one so he can edit the first page with the people signed up all the rules and end date. This was his baby. It would get stickied and this one dropped.

Your item gets lost cuz u don't track, it's on you to fulfill the exchange, otherwise you will be moved to untrusted trader.

It's just not fair for those who actually send their ends out on time.
