repay life??

i have in play {Phyrexian Processor} and opponent use {Flicker} to it, do i have to pay new life after it returned to battlefield?

follow up question.. what if opponent also copy {Phyrexian Processor} with {Clever Impersonator} or {Phyrexian Metamorph}, does opponent have to pay life also?

Yes.
(Technically you don't _have to_, but paying 0 is mostly useless as the ruling on the card states.)

No, the Impersonator becomes a perfect copy of your Processor already in play with all it's attributes as set when it entered the battlefield on your side.

that's how I would play this.

Actually I am totally wrong about this, as per last post.
turns out there's an explicit ruling about this on the Phyrexian Metamorph's Oracle page:

"6/1/2011   Any enters-the-battlefield abilities of the copied permanent will trigger when Phyrexian Metamorph enters the battlefield. Any "as [this] enters the battlefield" or "[this] enters the battlefield with" abilities of the chosen permanent will also work."

So yea your opponent playing the card copiers would need to pay the life

I am glad you made the correction.  I was reading this top and down and was like "uhh wait a sec that is wrong, they will need to pay life for the copy as well"
