I actually like this quite a bit.  Although, I feel like Bob could end up killing you pretty quick with the six 4-drop PWs.  I have almost zero experience with using Bob, though, so I could be wrong.  At the same time, I do realize that he is literally the only way of drawing cards.

{lingering souls} is amazing in any deck with white and black... great way to bridge gap to walker, good synenergy with lilly in certain places. Not big fan of rakdos return, seems more like sb tech. But I could see it getting a burn 2, on turn 4 getting 2 burn spells out of hand on tap out, and might be good vs current meta?

This sounds weird..... But I'd almost like to see -1 {Dark Confidant} +1 {Sword of Fire and Ice}... I feel that there is enough tokens to take the creature hit, and the flying tokens will help you to draw cards with it....
