If i have  {Lightning Prowess} on a  {Deadly Recluse} and i tap it to deal damage to lets say  {Rubblehulk} will it dies cuz of deathtouch?

Yup. Deathtouch applies to any damage dealt my the creature. Not just combat damage. {Rubblehulk} dies.

So you attack with it then make it monstrous? Is that how that would work?

What about a creature with infect and { burning anger } ? Lol u can keep putting poisin counters on a player right?

702.89b Damage dealt to a player by a source with infect doesn't cause that player to lose life. Rather, it causes the player to get that many poison counters. See rule 119.3.

All damage, not just combat damage. so you can put {burning anger} on {blightsteel colossus} and start one-shotting people. or you can give {nekusar, the mindrazer} infect with {phyresis} and everytime an opponent draws a card theyll get a poison counter.
