Unless his meta runs a bunch of regenerators {Dreadbore} is better, Planeswalkers are in all sorts of decks. Regen isn't.

Terminate is also an instant. Dreadbore is a sideboard card

Couple planeswalkers, no regen. So dreadbore is a better option. But I'm thinking maybe a lightning bolt to really get something off of rakdos. Maybe bearer of the heavens? For the lol's?
