What happens when you don't get the .5% god draw?

I actually have two infinite combo wins. I'm going to have another when I add {Altar of the Brood}.

{Midnight Guard} + {Retraction Helix} + {Ornithopter} + {Purphoros, God of the Forge}/{Altar of the Brood} = win

Creature + {Retraction Helix} + {Astral Cornucopia} + {Jeskai Ascendancy} = win assuming no block/I have more creatures than they can deal with.

There's also some really janky ones including an infinite mana combo. I put as many as I could in.

So what if I don't combo out? I have three very nice targets for {Ensoul Artifact}, and in play testing those have worked very nicely. If I add more prowess creatures I'll have a semi-okay chance of either smashing face or holding the fort till I can combo out.

In all honesty though this isn't a reliable or consistent deck. I get that, I'm working on it. Worst case scenario, I do nothing. Best case scenario I'm flying at you with a 20/20 on turn two.

For this reason I took out {R} and added {G} for {Chord of Calling} I haven't play tested yet but should be good. Also I still run {Mana Confluence} but I normally just chord for Purp

I find that {Jeskai Ascendancy} is more consistent. I mean it doesn't care what creatures I grab. Especially if I end up running more Prowess stuffs.

I still run that combo I just run no MB counters

Taigam's Scheming is pretty good at finding things. Dig Through Time is also good at finding things. I tried Esper Altar of the Brood combo last night. Didn't do too well. But I like red better. Magma Jets seem like an option As well.

Updated. Added {Altar of the Brood} and {Taigma's Scheming}, took out {Dissolve} and {Negate}. Took out {Pillar of Light} in sideboard for {Dissolve}.
