no, not that kind of storm. oww my brain hurts.
so i was playing my new chaos edh on cockatrice and crazyness ensued.
i resolved {possibility storm}. later, my opponent resolved an {eye of the storm}. now if this wasnt screwed up enough, {turnabout} is now exiled under {eye of the storm}. so say the active player casts a instant or sorcery spell, and apnap has {possibility storm} resolve first? or the flipside, {eye of the storm} resolves first? when he goes to cast {turnabout} with eye, does it get possibilitied? does this happen infinitely? until the player chooses not to cast? and then can they cast any instants and sorceries without triggering this unlimited loop. oww my brain hurts. sorry for making you think about that.

To the last quoted question: No. {possibility storm} triggers when you cast from hand.
{eye of the storm} triggers when you cast a card. So you cast instant A, exile it, search for instant B, which gets exiled since you still cast a card.

EDIT: links got turned around.
