Popper: sets the battery by the door and magically manages to catch up to Gorzo.

Gorzo: walks to the foot of the stairs and flips on the light switch. Nothing happens.

Taysby: gets comfy in the car and starts to doze off.

*goes upstairs*

"Hello? I heard a thump? Anyone alive up here?"

Am I not allowed to do anything because I dozed off?  And it was assumed I locked the doors before I got comfy, right?

You're not out. Yet. Even if you do pass out you can try to wake up.

Gorzo: walks up the stairs, there's no response to his calls.

Taysby: locks the doors, turns the alarm on, reclines the chair and passes out cold.

Popper: can't remember if the safety is on. He squeezes the trigger, ever so gently, just to see if the safety is off. It is.

*BOOM*

Gorzo: looks down at the slow trickle of blood trickling out if his arm. (Grazed)

Taysby: still asleep.

There's a scream, a women jumps out, handgun in hand. It goes off twice, missing. There's a man beside her, leveling his Scar (Assualt rifle).

"...you shot me, popper! The hell! And you two over there, don't shoot! I'm already shot. Why didn't you answer me?"

Rolls for waking up, 2 and then a 1. I've been rolling really badly.

Popper: quickly puts down his shotgun and places a hand on his bat.

Man and woman: keep their weapons trained on Popper and Gorzo.

"What do you want?" the man demands "and why the hell did you shoot?"
