I am making my first comander deck and i need some deck stratagys and commanders,
Could anyone help me out with a few?

Browsing the commander section should supply you with quite a few different strategies and examples. Dudecore also made a sticky there called the comprehensive guide that you should definitely read - it's loaded full of vital information about the format

Sadly Planeswalkers are a no, unless your playgroup agrees.

{King Macar, the Gold Cursed} can be good. Either go affinity for artifacts and metal craft, or mono black devotion stuff. {Springleaf Drum}, {Thornbite Staff}, {Claim of Erebos}. Make sure you have ways to tap him.

{Aurelia, the Warleader} is a fantastic Voltron commander. Your goal should be to hit people with her enough times to give them 21 damage by her alone so they die. Flame breath effects like {Dragon Mantle}, double strike {Battle Mastery}, {Fireshrieker}. {Skyblinder's Staff} is also great in this deck.

I've never done decks with the other ones you have. I'd recommend {Aurelia, the Warleader}. She kicks butt.

I don't have an Aurelia deck, but I run her in my {Kaalia of the Vast} deck, and she's great with that. Definitely a recommended Commander.

Buy a commander set from 2013 at target and start from there

They are decks that get hate because people assume you are going to do something dirty. Also {Sharuum the Hegemond}. Not saying dont use them, just be ready when people hate you.

Honestly, the list of commanders not to use is so long, it could fill a page. Just run what you want.

Totally agree. Essentially, anyone that can't make a well defensive deck will say this! Haha. "Any awesome commander, don't use it. Use this boring one that I can beat with creature face stomp only"
