All my effort went into Commander...oops. I'm thinking of going B/G and rocking {Colossus of Akros} and that throne thingy.

My Ensoul Blast deck will probably grab that Ugin artifact as a {Shrapnel Blast} target.

I'm liking the {B}{G}{U} legendary, but the {W}{U}{R} one is epic.

I feel like Mardu is gonna be the most powerful clan, Theros standard is just about SOOOO much aggro and speed. I remember the good old days where you had to wait until turn 5 or 6 to cast some fun cards... Now it's like IF IT AINT A TWO DROP 3/3 WITH FIRST STRIKE DEATHTOUCH AND LIFELINK THEN ITS A WASTE OF A RARE.. throw it in with the rest of the garbage those EDH plebians scrounge around in or whatever they do

magic has gotten progressively more overpowered. I would love to see a reprint of revised or something and watch standard kids have own simultaneous hissy fit throughout the world over "how terrible these cards are"

Every time I hear someone bitch about how overpowered magic is, I wonder what they're smoking, or if nostalgia is really that powerful. Old magic gave waaaaay too much power to spells over permanents. The game could only be enjoyed by people who loved grinding control or combo. It's now more balanced, it's nowhere near as bad as Yugioh, and control is still viable. However, do are creature-based strategies.

Btw, spells are permanents any card In fact . And you really seem like the one that is bitching.
