Edit: {Pit Fight}!?!?!?! I get that it psedo-combos with {Phyrexian Negator}, but it is really conditional. {Dismember} would be better.

Pit fight (so far is unbelievable) think about it pit fight a new Geralfs Messenger with their guy I kill their guy get my messenger back and they lose 2 life

Think about when you have no creatures. {Dismember} kills 90% of the creatures in the format, works even when your board is empty, is immune to mana-screw, has a more flexible casting cost, and can be used unconditionally to stop many combos in the format (stops Melira combo, Angel Pod combos, Kiki-Pod Combos, Splinter Twin combos, it is good against {Living End} decks...).

Not gunna lie that's (almost happened) it had happened where I go Bloodghast into Geralfs into Obliterator into 3 turns later Gary but that but draw is hard to do!

{Phyrexian Arena} is a 2 of debating making it a 3-4 of but it's slow

3-4 of of phyrexian arena seems like you'd be getting hurt more often that the opponent if you did that.

Doesn't matter though having an {Ancestral Recall} every turn and losing 2 life is a deal that I like! "Greatness at any cost"

I beg to differ. My friend has a pretty sweet Mono-{B} list with a 2-of {Arena} and that card does some work. With Nykthos ramping out and Urborg making it a Swamp it doesn't screw up your mana either. You just have to fiddle with the numbers in your mana base a bit. Imagine if you could still run {Pit Fight} but have the slots that it takes up available for some real removal?

By the way... Where are your Urborgs?!

Tbh I took out Nykthos it's a win more card and sure with Urborg it changes but there's nothing worse than a hand with swamp Nykthos and dbl-triple black cards!!
