I have a Lord of the pit white border from more than ten or twenty years ago in my deck

He's worth a lot because he's one of the first editions of him

White border is currently $0.56  he's not worth much.

He's worthless due to better cards being available now

He was also reprinted many times, bringing down his value (like {shivan dragon}

I would pay about 2 dollars for a lord of the pit

Yeah, I have an old school {Breeding Pit} /Thrull deck that has {Fallen Angel} and {Lord of the Pit} as the finishers.  It's fun but not as competive as it was 20 years ago.  Runs a bunch of Fallen Empires cards.  Ha!

White border cards usually aren't worth so much. Very very old black border cards with no set symbol are worth a LOT.
