So in both cases it becomes a creature and loses abilities before p/t is even assigned.  Then layer 7b is where p/t is assigned according to the order you want to choose, if they came in together.

So humility will be a 4/4 but everything else is a 1/1 and. And if they entered the battlefield at the same time then, I choose if humility takes away abilities or not?
