looking for some opinions

Have a sealed event soon of M15 and I want to know, What cards, if I open them, are MUST HAVES in the deck as long as there is adequate support?

Nissa.  She just wins games.  No question asked.
Obviously. Any walker's a bomb.
Buuuttt... I usually go Boros or Rakdos. Things like {Generator Servant} let me cheat out mah bigguns' while {Frenzied Goblin}, {Hammer Hand}, and {Crippling Blight} cheaply make my guys unblock able.

Dudecore

Sealed has a lot of luck involved. Honestly, when you open your packs just make the best deck you can. I wish I could say more, but just try to go with the card's you have, don't try to force something that isn't there. Read up on some of the cards first.

Sometimes in sealed you just get junk you can't do anything with. I play a lot of sealed because I treat it like weak Block Constructed. Read up on this: http://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/li/quadrant-theory-2014-08-20

And if you get {Soul of Theros} I think you win...

Mattao19

Basically the souls are all OP

Also {Triplicate Spirit} is the best common in the set! If you see multiple TS force White.

Lastly, like with any sealed pool just look at your spells if you're heavy in G go G lol

fj76ts4

{spectra ward} is absolutely disgusting

MuggyWuggy

I mean with a sealed event, someone else will open your pull. Artifacts and evasion after bombs and don't forget removal!

Try to draft the GW convoke deck (obviously only if you see the cards and the colors aren't blatantly being overdrafted). Great cards include {Midnight Guard}, {Sungrace Pegasus}, {Triplicate Spirits}, {Raise the Alarm}, {Siege Wurm}, {Sanctified Charge}.

Here's a small list of what I've seen make a mess.

Artifact:
{Scuttling Doom Engine} pretty much guaranteed damage.
{Profane Memento} can be super good.
{Grindclock} it's a great alternate win condition.
{Tyrant's Machine} can be life saving.
Staffs.

Black:
{Caustic Tar} if they don't have removal they're on a short clock.
{Xathrid Slyblade} so good. Especially against noobs.
{Ob Nixillis, Unshackled} he's great.
{Indulgent Tormentor} what's not to like?

Red:
{Generator Servant} epicness.
{Borderland Marauder} aggressive, cheap and easy to find.
{Siege Dragon} don't underestimate a {Pyroclasm} every turn. If you can cast it...
{Circle of Flame} keeps small fry off your back.

Blue:
{Stormtide Leviathan} basically you win.
{Polymorph's Jest}/{Turn to Frog} basically removal.
{Amphin Pathmage} I have lost to this card three times and won with it once. I hate it but it's good.

White:
{Sungrace Pegasus} epic winnings.
{Devouring Light} + all the other badass white removal.
{Anjani's Pridemate} + {Soul Mender} (and/or {Wall of Limbs} from black}

Green:
{Netcaster Spider} an invaluable blocker.
That ape with regen cost one.
{Phytotitan}
{Hunt the Weak} removal, basically.

All the souls and all the Planeswalkers.

My most impressive draft deck was B/R aggro. I played in a 3 player FFA and won in 15 minutes. (About 10 turns) and my only good rares were {Burning Anger} and {Goblin Rabblemaster}.

cltrn81

{burning anger} is absolutely ridiculous in limited.  I think {R} is the best limited color in M15

agree with all of this except the staffs. id only play them in decks with {ajani's pridemate}s or something similar.

blackychan1

Those staffs are super good in sealed! I played GB with {urborg, tomb of yawgmoth} and 2 {staff of the death magus}! No one could take the life faster than I could gain it!

ibtrickey

Green black is beast in m15...
Garruk is sweet.

Prophylaxis

Sealed is slower compared to draft.

For that reason, I recommend that you run 18 lands and play second. When the format is slower, it's more important to hit your land drops on time and draw the extra card vs going first.
