You said he'd /never/ attack or block. As such I decided to point that out. If you decide to run {Kamhal, Pit Fighter} for some reason he loves first strike. As for utility lands in colourless,

{Radiant Fountain} cause why not?
{Haunted Fenagraf} is an option.
{Mikokoro, Center of the Sea} cause everybody loves cards!


And red,
{Madblind Mountain} no idea why you'd play it but it's there.
{Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle} is the only one worth playing. But you already knew that.

I like {Dormant Volcano} as a slow but very helpful mono-red bounce land.

Mono red without my best friend {Spitebellows}? I am deeply offended. I know I overvalue this card, but I swear, this little guy always gets into the most hilarious situations. He's a mischief-magnet.
