If I have {Stinkweed Imp} in my graveyard, and I cast {Faithless Looting}, can I dredge my first draw and see if my graveyard has any dredge creature for my 2nd draw?

yes each draw is seperate and if you hit a dredge creature card with the first dredge you can dredge the next draw with it.

Sure.  When "Draw X" is written on an effect, we treat it as "Draw 1.  Draw 1".  You can replace the first draw with Dredge.  Then, when we go to the second "Draw 1", you can look to see if you can replace that one, too.

If I have a {Lion's Eye Diamond} and {Cephalid Coliseum} in play, can I activate it during my draw step to discard my hand for dredge, and still keep the mana to activate {Cephalid Coliseum}?

Sure.  When "Draw X" is written on an effect, we treat it as "Draw 1.  Draw 1".  You can replace the first draw with Dredge.  Then, when we go to the second "Draw 1", you can look to see if you can replace that one, too.
