Pauper Commander is the same as regular EDH, but with only commons.  The Commander can be a common or uncommon, and doesn't have to be legendary.
His Commander is {Spitemare}.

Naw. I've been building EDH decks like a madman lately, and I need every copy command tower I have for the real decks It's hard for me to justify a command tower in a two color deck that has no mana issues anyway. I'm just as happy with a Guildgate in a deck like this, you know?

{Opal Palace}, on the other hand... Is just too funny with {Spitemare} as my commander to not use
