Trying to keep this as budget as possible for legacy, so no {Lion's Eye Diamond}, but could use suggestions, especially with the sideboard.  Thank you.

Sorry, forgot to add the Charbelchers.  Kind of an important card.  I was looking for cheaper modern/legacy decks and found this.  I avoided looking online for decklists other than for which colors to use.  I'm not sure why there aren't more Charbelcher legacy decks being played in tournaments, when others are playing $500 decks, this one costs around $90 and still consistently wins.

Belcher certainly has a lot of power, but I think the reason it doesn't show up too often is it's weakness to blue tempo decks (and blue decks in general), and ability to just lose to itself.

Falcon182

Yeah, it burns through a lot of resources only to have its business spell countered. Can't really recover from that.

How do you suggest I sideboard?  The Sorceries are used for Burning Wish, but what should I switch out for {Xantid Swarm} and {Pyroblast}?

Isn't it pretty much the same as {Pyroblast}?

And thanks to {{Taysby}} for posting the sideboard of this on the Tournament Level Decks thread!  Though I don't understand why a Garruk is there.  Seems like it's not the best card to put in.  Could someone explain?

That is odd. He is a strong walker though and there isn't much hate against planeswalkers in legacy except {Lightning Bolt}. Dropping a 3/3 every turn can easily win a game.

Yes. But it's 30 cents cheaper

Also, REB can't be misdirected if I'm not mistaken.

Why not?

I have no idea.  I just copied a recent top 8 list.
Yeah, I know, I wasn't trying to ask why you put it in there, just why it was in the decklist you copied.  I had no intent to make it sound at all like your fault.  I think it would help me understand more how the deck works and it's weaknesses.

Pyrobladt says target permanent. While REB does not.

Check the oracle text.  They both target.
The only major difference is this (from Gatherer):

9/16/2007   You can change the text of this spell after announcing it to change the color that it will affect. This works, because the color isn't part of the targeting requirement.
9/16/2007   Note that Pyroblast can target any spell or permanent, not just a blue one. It checks the color of the target only on resolution.
