I've had better luck with {Evacuation}, because of the instant speed. I've been using {Wash Out} more  in my mono blue deck as a sort of one-sided {Dromar the Banisher}-ish effect.

Though on the expensive side this deck runs smooth as silk!! It's has answers to almost all threats and the more you draw the more likely you are to pull off the win!
