This is a ruling on the card {In the eye of chaos}:

This has the supertype world. When a world permanent enters the battlefield, any world permanents that were already on the battlefield are put into their owners' graveyards. This is a state-based action called the "world rule." The new world permanent stays on the battlefield. If two world permanents enter the battlefield at the same time, they're both put into their owners' graveyards.

I CAN ONLY HAVE ONE NON-AURA ENCHANTMENT???

World is a Supertype, like Legendary, and only enchantments that have the Supertype "World" in their Type line are effected by the World Rule.

the card linked is just a regular enchantment, not a world enchantment right. {eye of the storm}?

edit: or hes asking what happens if {eye of the storm} casts a world enchantment? would be tough since it also has to be an instant or sorcery.
