Say my opponent we shall call him Taysby has 10 cards left in library and I successfully cat {Archive Trap} lets say his 4th card is an {Emrakul the Aeons Torn} do I win before the trigger or does the trigger happen before I win?

Also I don't just instantly win with {Mind Grind} I win on their draw step right?

To fix your Emmy problem you need to have {Relic of Progenitus} on the field. Then use it's second ability in response to Emmy's trigger.

Do note, though, that if you have a way of making players draw at instant speed ({Temple Bell}, etc), you can activate it when the Shuffle trigger is on the stack, causing them to try and draw while they have an empty library.

Lol actually another ? Does Taysby mill out before Emmys trigger? Like does archive trap get him to 0 cards in library before Emmy shuffles them back in?

Yes it does.  All the cards get revealed, then they hit the yard at the same time, then his ability triggers.
