"Each turn if able" means he only has to swing once if you get an extra combat step ({Aurelia, the War Leader}). "Each Combat if able" means he has to swing all the time.

Sounds like an absolute disaster rules wise. However it does sound epic.

They would never allow you to attack on opponents turns. I think it is a wording change.
