The only things "set in stone" are {Enter the Infinite}, both versions of Niv-Mizzet, {Omniscience} and {Keranos}. The key cards I'm missing are {Omniscience}, {Niv Mizzet, the Firemind} and {Consecrated Sphinx}. I'm planning on ordering them once I get the money.

I built this deck after I traded {Enter the Infinite} off one of the neighbourhood kids. (I gave him 16 commons and 3 uncommons he wanted, he didn't want it cause it's too much mana to cast).

The win conditions are {Niv Mizzet, the Firemind} + {Enter the Infinite}. {Enter the Infinite} + {Psychosis Crawler}. {Enter the Infinite} +  {Omniscience}. {Enter the Infinite} + {Psychic Spiral}. Basically if {Enter the Infinite} resolves, I win. {Omniscience} + {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage} + any of the burn spells also works.

Creature control comes in the form of {Dismiss Into Dream} + {Niv Mizzet, the Firemind} + drawing cards or {Niv Mizzet, Dracogenius} and mana pumping or tap damage from {Vithian Stinger} and the like.  I'd also like to sub in things like {Gorgon's Head} for some of the weaker cards.

I'm debating adding in a fistful of counters, in which case I'm not sure what to drop. It'd help make sure {Enter the Infinite} hits the table as well as keeping {Omniscience} and {Dismiss Into Dream} on the table. It'd also be a good anti-mill measure.

Also the everybody draws + {Niv Mizzet, the Firemind} +  {Consecrated Sphinx} can dish serious damage.

Updated. Swapped out some crappy creatures for better ones. Also dropped some burn spells for {Spellbook} and {Seismic Assault}. {Spellbook} is a no brainer with the card draw options. {Seismic Assualt} is a win condition if {Enter the Infinite} goes off.

Ran this today and won amazingly, give or take a few well most of the cards. I threw in planes walkers etc. turn 8 drew infernal plunge played omniscience then played into the infinite was freakin awesome had never popped a combo off like that lol but great deck overall. I need to switch a few things out but still is amazing
