Biggest problem I have running this deck is {oblivion ring}. It is slightly revamped from the FNM I play tested it in two weeks ago and I wanting to run this version next. I would live some feedback. Thanks in advance.

I think a U/W version is better. Using {blade Splicer} and {wing Splicer} for artifact sac'ing for {shape anew}. Plus you can use {oblivion ring} or {revoke existence} to get rid of other peoples o-rings. Change out {Tezzeret's gambit} for {amass the components} that way if you draw a {blightsteel colossus} you can put it back in your library.

I was unaware of {amass the components}, thanks for the tip. I don't disagree that  using white is possibly better, I just like playing rogue decks to keep my opponent guessing. Also using red gives me {faithless looting} to put {blightsteel colossus} back in my deck. I've ran this deck twice now, once before innistrad where I finished in the top 8 and once after innistrad where I went 2 and 3 due to not having {faithless looting} in my deck. I would like to keep u/r for this fnm just because I love blasting one drops off the field especially against my buddy's naya pod deck. {tezzeret's gambit} was an opponents suggestion to combine {chandra, the fire brand} with for double proliferate to add two poison counters draw cards and get back my two counters for my planeswalker. Any other ideas that keep it u/r?

Quicksilver amulet if it is in your hand? And dissipates, snapcasters?

{quicksilver amulet} won't work in this deck. The entire play is turn 1: land, one drop turn two: land and {blighted agent}, turn 3: land, attack with agent, {trinket Mage} for {darksteel relic}, turn 4: land, relic, {shape anew} the relic, flip blightsteel
from deck. If I {shape anew} my relic with  {quicksilver amulet} in my deck I risk  flipping it and having to wait a turn and  there's no guarantee I drew {blightsteel  colossus} to use the amulet next turn. The {wing splicer} I'll have to play test but the flying it gives would be awesome.
