Illusionist bracers and thrummingbird

If I equip illusionists bracers to thrummingbird will the triggered ability still be copied by the bracers?

{illusionist's bracers}. {thrummingbird}. unfortunately, these cards do no interact. the bracers copies activated abilities, which are written cost : effect, like say {rummaging goblin} where the cost to activate the ability is discarding a card and the effect is drawing a card. triggered abilitirs, like the one on thrummingbird, always start with "when" "whenever" or "at" because they "trigger" or happen as a result of something else happening, (whenever this deals combat damage, etc). if you want to copy {thrummingbird}'s ability try {strionic resonator}.
