Oh god no mentioned casual basic play.

People who just brew cards from deck builder box and never play in a sanction format ever.

"I play green monsters because they look cool"

"I play this deck cuz I like lions and centaurs"

That my friends; is stupid magic

Stromack

All of these people talking hshit but wouldn't know what to do against a stasis deck.

Everyone starts somewhere. Quit being little bitchess. If you dont like them, beat them in the tournament and win a booster box

I disagree. All people are fundamentally stupid.

If you were to ask me who I thought were the most annoying group of players, I would tell you the people that value cards solely based on their monetary value.

This man is a genius

Tbh casual has the majority of players playing cards that aren't legal in anything and still manage to not be competitive.

And that's okay if that's what you want.

I don't think it's fair to rank seeing as I've only played edh, modern and standard.

However I think that standard at a high competitive level is a rather intelligent game, more so right after a rotation as the creativity is at an all time high.

Yeah....standard is definitely the dumbest of the formats. I'd rank them (in order of difficulty, from most to least): Vintage, Legacy, Draft, Sealed, Modern, Commander (depending on how your group plays, this could be different), Standard.

Casual isn't even on the list... *sad face*

Some people have more enjoyment playing what they want, not what's good. People have personal bias for or against cards, otherwise we'd all be playing the same decks.

There's Timmies, Johnies and Spikes out there. Each has their place.

The first time I saw {Thoughtsieze} I thought it was dumb. Now I understand.

Don't mistake newbieness for stupidity. It's that person that stubbornly insists {Axebane Stag} is good and that {Vampire Nighthawk} is bad despite experience. That's the stupid player.
