Of course, I have no trades over $5 after selling everything on tcgplayer to buy this deck, but whatever

I HATE {Torpor Orb}. It destroys my whole deck... It is literally my least favorite card in the whole format, with {Thoughtsieze} at a close second....

I'm still debating a 1 card sideboard change:

-1 {Suppression Field} (Good vs pod, twin)

+1 {Pithing Needle} (Good vs pod, twin, walkers, colonnades, affinity, BAD against torpor orb)
OR
+1 {Wear//Tear} (Good vs pod, twin but not kiki-jiki, affinity, GOOD against torpor orb)

Can someone who is not as new to the format and knows more about the meta give me a hand here? Thanks!! Much appreciated.

I want to stop {torpor orb} because it sits down my whole deck. However I got some advice from a friend that I'm better off with a pithing needle. Problem is, needle does nothing vs orb.

I'm weighing the likelihood of playing against torpor orb vs the gain I get from playing pithing needle over orb (and having a lower chance of being able to deal with orb when I do play against it).

I'm very proud of this deck now... I just won fighting through a hardcasted Emrakul vs Tron... sacced every permanent but my Purphoros and {Champion of the Parish}, lost my champion to a Karn, but still he went to 2 from Purphoros/Norin. Then I attacked with norin and killed him end of turn!! So awesome!

This was what I meant to say, sorry it was confusing. I was debating wear/tear #3 over pithing needle #1. I've decided on wear/tear, now I just need to find one.

My mistake. When he said above he attacked with norin I thought he meant winning via combat damage.

I've decided to start testing without the {Mentors of the Meek}. I always seem to sideboard them out and am rarely happy to draw them unless I have my "combo engine" going and lots of land. Decklist update will be soon.

It's a rare thing to see bogle.
