I've heard that the different colors of Ultra Pro sleeves can be very different: more or less durable, etc. Could someone tell me what is the best kinda/color, and possibly post a link?

Thanks! (And before someone suggests Dragonshields they're too slippery and I have nothing to do with 30 extra sleeves)

Extra 30 sleeves is for sideboard+

I prefer kmc's
You'll only have 5 leftover

Ultrapro oranges are decent
Lime green is sturdy as hell

Just have to get this out, dragon shields are only slippery at first (as are the ultra pros), they hold up WAY better, and you save the extra 30 sleeves so when you buy another box you can sleeve another deck. With that out, I had bad luck with the black ultra pros and worse with the white. I actually have had the best luck with the pink.

This right here. I feel the same way, and dragon shields do stay decently slippery even after a ton of use. I prefer ultra pro because of their feel, which is the only thing that matters really. I've never had any break on me, and even if they do who cares! They're so much cheaper I'll just buy more!

But to get back on topic, I've had the best luck so far with the bright red ones :)

I have a box of dragon shields for my EDH deck, so I know they aren't so slippery after use, but this is for a GP so I want to resleeve it the day of the tournament so there is no chance of a marked sleeve. I won't have a chance to deslipify them (yes, that definitely is a word...). Also I want the matte back as they are easier to hold.

The new line of KMCs apparently has backs like ultra pro but dragon shield sturdiness

Agrus Kos, Enforcer of Truth

I really like KMC Supers. As for Ultra Pro, green and white have served me well on Pauper decks and even an EDH

5/9 Turtle

All my decks are sleeved in ultra pro white and have lasted a while, though they are really slippery

Link to a place to buy?

I've heard that the light red/pink ultra pros are very good. Anyone know anything about this?

Ultra pros are garbage. Buy kmc or dragonshields which are only slippery initially.

False. Have had dragon sheilds on one of my EDH decks for over a year and they are still slippery. Maybe it's cause I keep my hands clean? I don't really know

gtfotis

Dragon shields are the best! 😡

I own numerous sets of shields and never do they stay slippery. Not sure why yours would. Also if you don't like the shields, go kmc.

Matte backs are ( i believe) te only tournament legal ones for kmc
