 {Door of Destinies}, just saying. Also add  {Mutilate} and  {Rise of the Dark Realms}. If you have the slumlord out drop the mutilate to get oodles of rate tokens while clearing the board. Then if you can drop the darkrealms...........

That Garruk's Wake card from M15 seems good for this deck. Also, a hilarious commander for a {Relentless Rats} deck is {Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord}, just saying. The second color also opens you up to good removal like {Abrupt Decay}, {Pernicious Deed}, {Putrefy}, and {Maelstrom Pulse}. Of course, if you are going mono-black rat for flavor reasons, I get that, but I suggest {Mutavault} (he's a rat, lol) and {Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx}. Great mono-black stuff: {Hero's Downfall}, {Liliana Vess}, {Sheoldred, the Whispering One}, {Yawgmoth's Will}, {Phyrexian Arena}, {Living Death}, {Overwhelming Forces}, and {Decree of Pain}.
