Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx the new "thing" for EDH?

So I've been thinking about it, and EDH has become a VERY popular format. Many a card has risen in value just because of EDH. Even commons that can't hold value skyrocket in their foil forms.
     Because EDH is so popular, many newer players will start to play it. Mono colored commanders are being used for people on a budget, and slowly but surely, foil fever will set in. {Nykthos Shrine to Nyx} is an amazing land for mono, or even dual colored decks. It excellerates like in other land does. I can see shrine to nyx reaching 50-70$ Foil in the future.
Thoughts?

If they're on a budget, they aren't going to foil the deck.  If they aren't, they'll be running 3 colors.  I don't anticipate it beig higher than $30

denver central games is my go to, but i also go to game heroes cause there prize support is riduclous and black gold for ptqs and gps and stuff.

Non-budget mono color is usually blue (like mine) and that has little to no use for nykthos

I could see it going up. It's so good in mono EDH also mono black is not budget EDH at all
